Wrongful Dismissal Law

Have you been terminated from your job?  Are you being intimidated or harassed at work and do not feel you can stay there any longer?  If you are a non-unionized worker, call or e-mail us first, before you take any other steps.  We can tell you how best to handle your situation.  Generally, an employer must have "just cause" to dismiss an employee without notice.  If your working conditions are intolerable, you may be entitled to damages for a form of wrongful dismissal, even if you have not actually been terminated yet.  If you have been let go, we can assess the compensation package you have received and tell you whether you have any further claim.
