Glenn graduated from Dalhousie Law School with an LLB in 1994, after completing undergraduate studies at Dalhousie University. He completed a clerkship with the Nova Scotia Supreme Court and commenced practice in Lower Sackville in 1995. He joined Pressé Mason in 2003 as an associate.

With a practice focusing on civil litigation, Glenn has over 14 years experience representing injured accident victims in presenting claims for compensation and insurance benefits. He has litigated numerous cases in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal and has appeared before many administrative boards and tribunals (eg. Workers Compensation Appeals Tribunal, CPP Review Tribunal, Pension Appeals Board). Glenn is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers Society and the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association. He is a former member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

In addition to a successful plaintiff personal injury practice, Glenn has represented many disabled persons pursuing claims against insurance companies for short and long term disability benefits. He takes some medical malpractice cases and acts for families making claims for wrongful death. He also maintains a busy employment law practice litigating wrongful dismissal cases, presenting claims from terminated employees and advising employers on their employer/employee relations.

Glenn has volunteered for the Public Legal Education Society of Nova Scotia and has taught legal theory and research to paralegal students. He is currently involved in the Constitutional Challenge against the damages CAP on motor vehicle accident claims in Nova Scotia.
